This coming Tuesday, October 8th, is our Westside Clinic in Bremerton.
Steve Hauff is presenting our clinic and the subject is “Lies, Loggers and Logging Railroads.”
Bob Jensen will talk about “What’s Happening” in the upcoming Bremerton Northern Model Railroad Club move into Kitsap Mall.
Jack Hamilton will be there and hopefully he will bring some new tools he discovered and talk about what’s going on in the PNR and NMRA.
If someone from the 4th Division Board of Directors is there, I’m sure they will be happy to talk about what’s happening at the Division level.
The clinic is held at the United Way of Kitsap Building in downtown Bremerton (647 4th Street) at 7:00 PM.
As usual there will be a “Show and Tell”. If you have a friend or family member who is interested in model railroading, they are welcome.
See you there.

Steve Hauff from Port Angeles has volunteered another one of his presentations on trains he has ridden. I thank him for all his sharing. It may be the only way we see these trains.
We are still in need of volunteers for clinic presentations.
What would you like to see in our Clinics? Would a local layout tour be of interest? Or how about we bring a project and tools, getting help on the project from other members? I would love for someone to show me how to upgrade my cars by installing stirrups and ladders.
As usual there will be a “Show and Tell” and “Model of the Month”. Bring your family or a friend who is interested in model railroading. Refreshments will be provided.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
Tuesday December 13th is our Clinic. Subject for the clinic will be … Suggestions? Anyone from the Tacoma Clinic or the east side of the sound that can volunteer?
We will have a “Dirty Santa” gift exchange. Bring a wrapped gift. Something that has been hanging around and you no longer want. Or something new. Pass it on to one of your buddies. Value? Up to $15.

Steve presented this at this year’s NMRA National Convention. Second clinician is Jack Hamilton. Jack said he will give us his “How a Steam Engine Operates”. He wasn’t sure if he would have it ready or not.
