We meet Thursday evening, February 16, at the Redmond Old Schoolhouse Community Center (Map) beginning at 6:45 PM.

Our program will be a description of the planning and construction of my layout, the Coal Creek Lumber Company, which was recently featured on KOMO TV. Here is the link:

  • Concept – era and major theme
  • Space plan
  • Construction – benchwork, trackwork, electrical and scenery
  • Special issues
  • Operation

As usual, we will have coffee and doughnuts. Bring a model to share. Bring a black and white photo for the photo contest (click here to see information about the rail photo contest). It must be your work and a prototype scene.
