The 18th Annual Northwest Logging Modelers Convention will be based in La Conner, WA on Saturday–Sunday, September 8–9. The premier Antique Engine Show is also on that Saturday so we are including it in the schedule. Two expert speakers are scheduled for the afternoon: Peter Hoehn of Germany with another of his well-researched overseas logging operations; and, our local John Taubeneck. Sunday will be in the woods, sucking up the atmosphere of the real thing on a hunt with cameras at the ready for an elusive donkey in the trees. Then on to another nice collection of logging equipment in Concrete, WA.
