I am the clinic chairman for the 4th Division’s Spring Meet, to be held next May. While that seems a long time away, from a planning perspective it’s just around the corner. And I need your help.

Hands-On Clinics

We are going to offer two hands-on clinic sessions this year. These will be 3-hour sessions teaching you about some area of interest. I need suggestions from you on what you want to learn. Email me here.

Secondly, I’ll need instructors who are either MRRs or who have an A.P. certificate in a particular area. When I have a list of suggested courses and teachers, I’ll settle on the specifics.

Even More Clinics

Additionally, we will have the normal set of (hands-off??) clinics, with an emphasis on operations. I want teachers for “Operations For Beginning Operators,” “How To Prepare For Your First Operating Session,” “Introducing Newcomers To Your Layout,” and “How To Plan Your First Ops Session.”

And, of course we need teachers for the “normal” clinics on many other areas of interest to MRs. Email me if you would like to teach.

When we get a bit closer to the Spring Meet, I will ask for volunteers to set up projectors and introduce clinic presenters.
