Decal Madness: Cliff Aaker models primarily in On30 and nearly always freelanced roads. This means most rolling stock has to be lettered using either rub-on or waterslide decals. He has learned much along the way and will be sharing what he has picked up. If you have experience using decals you are welcome to contribute.
